Four out of five restaurant owners don’t know if their business will be able to survive the coronavirus pandemic. 

Our friends at the James Beard Foundation have launched a Food and Beverage Industry Relief Fund to provide financial assistance to independent businesses in need through micro-grants of $15,000. They’re raising money for these micro-grants through April 30. There are more than 500,000 independent food and beverage businesses throughout the U.S., employing 11 million people. The more money raised, the more restaurants they can help.
