We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager, North Dakota who will have the overall responsibility for delivering the annual growth and profit objectives of the North Dakota region, and the management of the Utility Locate and Hydro-vac teams as well as the North Dakota office. The Operations Manager, North Dakota will lead the business development in the ND region and – in partnership with crew supervisors – be responsible for leading the North Dakota organization with effective leadership, communications and holding employees accountable. Highly effective customer management and success in recruiting, developing and retaining excellent employees are key in delivering and exceeding annual objectives and the overall effectiveness of this position.
As a member of Line Finders’ Leadership Team the Operations Manager, North Dakota will play a critical role in the overall success of the company. The Operations Manager, North Dakota, will report directly to the President and will be based in our North Dakota offices, near Watford City. This position will have three direct reports and be overall responsible for the North Dakota operations currently with 15 employees.
