Vizz Group is a New York City-based hospitality group built around the belief that great restaurants are driven by strong leadership, high standards, genuine hospitality, and teams that are invested in what they are building together. They currently operate Grand Brasserie and Centrale, both located within Grand Central Station, and have plans to expand beyond NYC’s marquis transit landmark. While each concept will have its own identity, they are all connected by a shared commitment to operational excellence, culture, and consistency as well as to a vision of classic and ambitious NYC hospitality. In the summer of 2026, Vizz Group engaged KK&P to support its recruiting needs during a period of rapid growth and build its capacity to open new restaurants. This engagement has been demonstrative of KK&P’s capacity for high-volume, high-tempo recruiting: over the course of four months, KK&P recruited and placed one General Manager and five Floor Managers (and counting) with Vizz Group.
