Strategy & Planning
A great strategy is built collaboratively.

KK&P’s planning process centers working alongside our clients, asking hard questions, pressure-testing assumptions, and bringing together the people and perspectives that turn plans into action. Whether we’re designing a regional food system roadmap, developing an organizational strategy, or assessing the feasibility of a new initiative, we help clients and their partners chart a path that’s ambitious enough to matter and grounded enough to execute.

What We Do

Our Strategy & Planning work spans a range of methods and approaches, including:

  • Food Systems Planning: comprehensive, collaborative plans and frameworks to guide regional or local food system development across policy, economic, and community sectors
  • Strategic Planning: multi-year organizational roadmaps, mission and vision frameworks, and the facilitated processes that get leadership aligned around them
  • Feasibility & Concept Development: determining the viability, concept, and requirements for new facilities, programs, or initiatives before the real investment begins
  • Program Design: developing the structure, logic, and operational framework for new programs and initiatives, from concept through launch-readiness
