Urban Villages (UVI), a mission-driven real estate developer based in Denver, has engaged KK&P for numerous recruiting projects since summer of 2025. UVI is committed to creating sustainable and impactful properties through adaptive re-use, urban infill, and mixed-use developments. Its portfolio includes the largest net-zero energy housing project in the US (West Village at UC Davis), the revitalization of Denver’s original main street (Larimer Square), adaptive re-use of one of Denver’s major historical building (Sugar Block), the first carbon-positive hotels in the US (Populus Denver and Populus Seattle), and one of the largest adaptive re-use LEED Platinum developments in the country (RailSpur Seattle). KK&P has been instrumental in helping UVI build its team as their development portfolio has grown, through placement of a VP of Asset Management, a Co-Working Community Manager, a Property Manager, a Chief Engineer, and a Senior Building Engineer. As of Summer 2026, several additional searches are under way for roles in development, finance, and hospitality.
