13 June 2016

On June 21, 2016 at 11am, Karen Karp & Partners will host the Future of Food Philanthropy Webinar, the first in a series of future-oriented food conversations conceived and produced by Karen Karp.

This free webinar will share the exclusive findings from an earlier Future of Food Philanthropy Salon, attended by industry thought leaders who KKBlogdiscussed critical issues facing the food sector. It will also explore the evolving role of funders in food systems improvement and outreach.

Even with the ever-changing landscape surrounding food issues, funders have been increasingly open to broader thinking around food systems, and have taken fresh leadership roles in shaping the system and asserting their own advocacy.

As a past presenter and moderator, Karen was inspired to craft her own experience to spark discussion of collaboration, transparency, metrics, the integration of business and social values, and new forms of philanthropy.

A main goal of this webinar is to share ideas and challenges, identify avenues of potential collaboration, and address the emerging challenges facing the food sector.
